As in the previous post on Sony, great advertising often stems from a simple idea, executed big-style. I’ve come across this cool ad campaign from the 80s featuring the Isuzu Gemini car. Remember — this is from the time before CGI and bluescreen. Everything you see is Real. I hope that they got all shots on the first take, but suspect that a number of cars were rendered useless during the production.
The original ads came with a more classical tune. For reference, here they are:
(And if you understand Japanese [which I guess it is], please send a comment as to what all the inserts say.) Does anyone know how successfull that campaign was? Up to today, I must confess that I had never heard of it…

haha! I love the flying cars in the Isuzu ad! Indeed some precision driving. Reminds me of military marching.
