I love the fact how technology enables people to post their experiences, without the filter of a newspaper editor. Blogs enable every person to air/vent his/her views. YouTube lets you share your films. And if big corporations become too big, and promises and real-life-experiences are miles-apart, then there is the chance that a frustrated customer will put these experiences online.
Now, imagine being in an airplane with kids, and the plane just does not leave the ground. After 6 hours you are told, that you won’t even be fed. Unbelievable? Thanks to mobile phone cameras and youTube, here comes the proof:
Delta Flight 6499 JFK to DFW on June 25 2007 experienced more than just a routine delay.. for seven hours, four children screamed, and we were told by crew that they couldn’t feed us because Delta simply wouldn’t allow it.
